I is busy ! That water heater compartment has now been angle-grinded, sanded, rust-proofed, Hammerited and resprayed.
It's only a matter of time before the burner gives up the ghost though.. it is totally unadjustable due to the rust (although the gas piping is in very good condition) and I'm not taking a grinding disk to anything that carries gas !
Give me dodgy electrics any day...
